Under instructions from and on behalf of our client Ms XXX (hereinafter referred to as “Our Client ”) ,I/We, hereby serve upon you this Notice as Under:
- Start by stating how our client met the noticee

- That you impressed upon our client that you had the expertise to undertake the work and complete the same within 45 days time as our client wanted the same within a specific time frame. (As an example).
- You convinced our client that the said work would be completed as desired and believing your words as a commitment our client with utmost faith and trust made… (state all facts).

- Accordingly under instructions from our client , we hereby demand that you immediately complete the work committed by you for which my client had made payment of USD ,although our client is not averse to taking appropriate legal action against the breach of trust and breach of contract committed by you , our client is willing to resolve the matter amicably. Accordingly, upon instructions of our client , we hereby demand that you complete the work as promised and deliver the same to our client and make good the losses incurred so far by our client .
- In case of your failure to do so our client will be left with no alternative but to initiate both civil and criminal proceedings under the relevant provisions of law against you(YYY) of which you claim to be its CEO , the same shall entail penal consequences of fine and imprisonment . Our client estimates the loss already incurred to the tune of Rs …, you are also liable to pay Rs 1… as charges for this legal notice.
- We await to hear from you by no later than (15) days from the receipt of this Notice i.e by 2___ . Please note that in the event of failure to comply with this just and fair requisition , our client will be constrained to initiate such action under the prevailing laws of india as may be advised without further notice to you,at your risk ,cost and consequences in order to protect her rights.
